Dennis Quinn

Managing Partner

Dennis spent 7 years leading data science initiatives at the Pew Research Center before turning to startups, and is now a twice-founder with specialties in large language models, supervised machine learning, and geospatial data. His work has appeared in the New York Times and the New Yorker. He is an Arabic speaker, a Fulbright alumnus, and a former firefighter.

Milan Pavlovic

Software Engineer

Milan is a software engineer and founder who specializes in data science, machine learning and natural language processing. He has worked across startups and mid-sized companies in industries such as education, HR, finance, telecoms, fragrances & flavors.

Fernando Chavez

Machine Learning Engineer

Fernando is a Python developer with over 4 years of experience in backend development, AI/ML, and scalable web applications. He specializes in database, machine learning, and web frameworks in Python. He has worked in including generative AI, predictive analytics, and cloud-based architectures. He especially enjoys building highly scalable systems and optimizing engaging user experiences.

Scott Campion

Back End and ML Ops

Scott is a lifelong engineer who has led enterprise and research teams for partners like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and NASA. He builds secure, fit-for-purpose software with special interest in business analytics.

Dan kwon

Front End and Architecture

Dan Kwon has been a software engineer for almost ten years. He specializes in Web & Mobile development with emphasis on creating scalable architecture in AWS. He has worked with The University of Chicago, Washington Post, Scott’s Cheap Flights, FIRST Brand Agency and dozens of early-stage startups.

Meet Reground's Principal and Founder, Radhika Agarwal

With diverse experiences in robotics, strategy, design, biology and music, Radhika brings an interdisciplinary approach to every challenge she is approached with. Having grown up in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong, her unique approach is influenced by strong cultural awareness, building partnerships that encourage collaboration and leverage existing infrastructure. In addition to her work at Reground, Radhika is a visiting Faculty member at the Copenhagen Institute for Interaction Design.
